Exhibit Dates: May 7, 2025 - July 6, 2025
Exhibit Location: Arts Resource Center (ARC) located at 121 N. 2nd Street, Suite H, St. Charles IL
Jury Fee: $20 for SCAC members, $35 for non-members. This fee is non-refundable
Acceptable Media: All
Maximum number of submissions per artist (for jury): 3*. *Must NOT include work that has been previously exhibited at the ARC

- Best in Show: $150
- 2nd Place: $100
- 3rd Place: $75
- Deadline to submit: April 28, 2025
- Artist Notification Date: April 30, 2025
- Artwork Drop Off at ARC: Friday, Saturday or Sunday - May 2, 3 or 4 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Contact Sue McDowell if you need alternate time)
- Artwork Pick Up at ARC: Tuesday, July 8, 2025
- Artist Reception: Saturday, May 24 during the St. Charles Fine Art Show weekend. This will be promoted through social media, eblasts and at the Fine Art Show which draws thousands of attendees. AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE RECEPTION

- Artist name and contact information (email, cell phone, address)
- Title of piece
- Medium
- Dimensions of piece
- Price (all work must be for sale. SCAC will retain 30% of selling price and remit a check for the remaining amount within two weeks of striking the show)
