MIXED MEDIA WORKSHOP with artist Jane Harris. Saturday, May 17, 2025 Come play with paper, fabric, paint and more as we design a unique mixed media collage. Be inspired by the colors and textures of the materials, letting them guide your artistic vision. Supplies: You will need to bring a small jar of Golden or Liquitex MATTE Medium and a 16” x 20" canvas (available at Michaels or Amazon), an apron, a pair of scissors (Jane's favorite brand is Westcott), your lunch and a drink. You can also bring your own papers and fabrics if you prefer. Jane will have paper and fabric for you to use. Jane’s work can be viewed at www.artbyjaneharris.com.
Skill level-the only requirement is that people need to be able to cut with scissors.
The workshop will be held from 10 a.m. til 3 p.m. at the St. Charles Arts Council Arts Resources Center (ARC) which is located in the building BEHIND Breadsmith in downtown St. Charles. Address is 121 N. 2nd Street, Suite H, St. Charles IL. There is plenty of parking.
