Installation of "Our City Sunshine" took place on Friday, August 20 at the St. Charles Municipal Building. HUGE THANK YOU to the St. Charles Public Works crew for their help in installing. Also THANKS to the dozens of volunteers who donated hundreds of hours of their time to bring this project to fruition.
