The Feature Gallery highlights one artist for two a two-month period, alongside the Main Gallery’s group exhibitions.

Andria Burchett: A Solo Exhibition

Andria Burchett is a colored pencil artist and instructor who mentors artists at every skill level.

Andria grew up in rural northern Illinois, where she developed a deep appreciation for open spaces and changing seasons. Much of her recent work reflects the countryside she finds both comforting and refreshing.

After years of focusing on portraiture and maintaining a steady stream of commissions, she began exploring new techniques, unconventional surfaces, and mixed-media combinations for herself and the artists she mentors.

Andria’s award-winning colored pencil work has appeared in galleries, private collections, and international publications. As founder of Beech Tree Studio and host of the Beech Tree Studio Community, Andria mentors artists in her studio and nationwide, encouraging them to explore imaginative uses and combinations of colored pencil.
